Are people really losing weight on the new Wii system. Sure it’s great, people think it’s not a video game system. You can now have some little computer talk crap to you. You can be told you are over-weight by a computer screen. Sure this is helpful for some, but seriously get outside and join a gym. Are you really going to lose substantial weight from doing certain exercises on the Wii?
I get that some people are too busy to go to the gym or even go outside. It makes perfect sense to fit in your room and instead of watching T.V, standing up and practicing your inter-personal skills with a video game. I am not saying that I don’t play Wii because I do. I have enjoyed playing the golf and other games, but I feel people need to still get out and get some fresh air.
I hope that people get out of the Wii what they want and I am sure that if you use the Wii long enough results will happen. Of course if you go from doing no exercise to even a little the improvement will increase. All the best for anyone trying and I hope to hear from your own personal experiences.
